Sydney property developers Central Element (CE) and Develotek’s rare waterfront site, Bianca Drummoyne, appoints acclaimed builder, Trescon, to deliver the luxury residences following recent sales launch success. Construction is on schedule to commence early 2024.

Ranking as one of the top performing apartment projects in Sydney according to realestate.com.au[1], Bianca sits in an elevated position on the northern edge of the peninsula and consists of 12 generous house-like proportioned three and four-bedroom waterfront residences with unparalleled water views of Drummoyne Bay, out to the harbour and the city’s stunning skyline.

As the first new waterfront project to be released in Drummoyne since 2020, interest in the once-in-a-generation Bianca has been significant, achieving record prices for the area following its recent launch to market. A selection of three and four-bedroom residences are now selling through McGrath sales agents Tracey Dixon and Rob Alfeldi, with prices starting from mid to high $3m’s and high $8m’s for direct waterfront residences. Following a considered selection process, CE has appointed the iCIRT certified and renowned Sydney construction company Trescon to bring the creative vision for Bianca to life. Trescon boasts strong experience across a diverse portfolio of projects with a passion for high-end luxury residences, notably the revamp of a 1928 Wunulla Road, Point Piper residence led by architect Richard Stanisich and sold for $69 million.



Working with award-winning multi-disciplinary architecture and design firm, SJB, Trescon will create a home completely connected to its location. The architectural design of Bianca is refined, built around the framing of the glittering waterfront views with the expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and large open rooms exuding the opulence of a stand-alone house. The materials used all tie back to light and neutral tones, while elegant brickwork with refined details speak to the longevity of the design.
